Wolf Kunisch wird neuer Geschäftsführer bei Atos Worldline in Deutschland
Frankfurt am Main, 20. Juli 2010: Atos Worldline, der europäische Dienstleister für Hi- Tech Transactional Services innerhalb der Atos Origin Gruppe, ernennt Wolf Kunisch (41) zum neuen Geschäftsführer von Atos Worldline in Deutschland und Zentral- Europa. In seiner neuen Position berichtet er direkt an Didier Dhennin, CEO Atos Worldline, und ist Mitglied des Management Committee.
Wolf Kunisch folgt auf Erik Munk Koefoed, der mehr als 18 Jahre lang für die Geschäfte von Atos Worldline in Deutschland bzw. ihre Vorgängerorganisation, dem früheren Processing- Bereich der B+S Card Service, verantwortlich war.

Acquisition of the remaining interests in Atos Worldline Processing Germany
PARIS – 24 June 2010 – Today, Atos Origin, an international IT services company, announces the acquisition of the remaining 42% shareholding in Atos Worldline Processing GmbH. As a result of this acquisition, Atos Worldline Processing GmbH has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Atos Origin Group. In 2009, this entity generated revenue of 77M€.

A major breakthrough in Belgium’s remote payments market

Aquarelle is a long-standing client of the Atos Worldline Sips secure multichannel payment solution for its remote payment transactions in France, UK, Germany and the Netherlands. This new contract covers all these markets in addition to a new market, Belgium.

Volkswagen Bank und Atos Origin verlängern Processing-Vertrag
Frankfurt am Main, 19 April 2010: Die Volkswagen Bank, die als operative Tochtergesellschaft der Volkswagen Financial Services AG das Finanzierungsgeschäft für Neu- und Gebrauchtwagen führt, wird auch in den nächsten fünf Jahren mit Atos Worldline, dem europäischen Dienstleister für High-Tech Transactional Services innerhalb der Atos Origin Gruppe, im Processing zusammenarbeiten. Die bereits 1994 gestartete Kooperation im Processing wurde zum dritten Mal in Folge verlängert. Seit dem 01.03.2010 erfolgt die Kartenabwicklung durch das Verfahren „Verified by Visa“ (Verarbeitung nach 3-D-Secure-Protokoll). Die Volkswagen Bank ist damit eine der ersten Banken, die mit dem Verfahren das Bezahlen im Internet mit Visa-Karten der Volkswagen Bank noch sicherer werden läßt.

Bruxelles, 26 février 2010 - Ce vendredi, le conseil des ministres a approuvé un Arrêté Royal jetant les bases de la dématérialisation du chèque repas. La nouvelle loi sera d’application à partir du 1er mai. Cet A.R. prévoit entre autre une procédure d’agrément des émetteurs de chèques repas (durée 4 mois). Tenant compte de ces délais, Sodexo devrait obtenir son agréation au cours du dernier trimestre 2010 et proposer aux entreprises et à leurs employés la Carte Repas Sodexo sous le sapin de Noël.
